I have a lot on lightsream resources and alot of other companies. I am a lady not a man. I have alot of Alberta Regulator info showing most press releases they had were false. Bought companies producing no oil since they had no licences. Alot of these crooky alberta companies purchase their operators and make up they purchased a new private company. Thats the alberta scam!

Wow, You're saying it's just blatant fraud, the whole thing. This will not end well for anyone. So were they planning on selling shares of the 1.35 billion dollars of money that didn`t exist to new shareholders?

Fighter, keep investigating these possible false transactions.  One thing you may wish to consider is that the well license is issued to the operator of the well.  In many instances, the operator of the well may be a subsidiary of the company you are checking.  In other cases, the company you are investigating may be a non-operator but have a signicant beneficial interest in the ...more

Maybe they should just hire the people with their licenses and we could all just get along... management vs. profession is the never ending fight. What you`re trying to do fighter12345 has no winners. It will just end any hope of anyone getting anything out of this. Alberta is a nightmare, so is the U.S but It will just make another crappy episode of American Greed and every shareholder loses ...more

Well I believe something was wrong when this Management was rapidly revaluing their Assets down and showing huge non cash write offs. They blamed the writeoffs on falling oil prices They then quickly had to sell the Company when the stock was at its lowest  to pay off Debts due in 2019 and 2020. This Company need to be investigated, so we should all write to the Alberta Securities ...more
