did u ever see all the shell companies

i have a document that shows that lightstream energy limited was petrobakkena nd in 2013 there were like 20 shell companies that were not active that were petrobakken amalgamated into lightstream. Why the need for shell companies? Well When JohN Wright said he acquired something like eg result energy he didnt l ahve proof he acquired a shell company. Hence how does a company become bankrupt, well you keep making up shells and transporting the money to a uk account

Fighter, here is word of advice that you should carefully consider.  By your own admission, you have not worked in the oil and gas industry but have spent one year doing investigative research into well licenses.  You do not understand how licenses are recorded and that just because a license is in one company's name, doesn't mean that they have a 100% beneficial interest in the ...more

That's not even mentioning how huge the conspiracy would have to be for them to make up 4000 bbl of production - a whole FIFTH of the companies production! Something like that goes down to the operator level - literally every person in the company would know it isn't true. Fighter obviously doesn't know anything about the business.

If she's been researching this for a year why are we just hearing about all this now? I mean wouldn't this be useful information as soon as it went to CCAA? I gotta be honest, it seems motivated. What on earth would be the motivation? It definitely wouldn't benefit anyone here.

Who knows?  It appears we have a confused individual who joined Stockhouse on Dec 19 and started posting on a couple of boards about a vast conspiracy in the oil patch.  In  most instances, people in the industry who deal with licenses and ownership interests have attended college before even getting a job.  Fighter has no industry experience and no college courses but claims ...more

I used a estimate of bbl all l know is most of the companies from 2010-2013 had no 067 directive approval which mean oil/gas licences did not exist for most the companies lightstream energy acquire

Go get em Fighter. If the loudmouths on this board are right, we have nothing to lose by going this route. I find it odd though that less that 15 million shares have sold on LSTMF. Anyone else find that strange. Thought is we are doomed, and there should be no blackout for company folks now, that everyone would have dumped their shares for 1/10 of a cent.

I don't think it's doomed. I think it's going to end up a shell for something else. Unless of course you prove it's all fraud. Then we'd get nothing. There's no magic bank account full of money here to rescue by calling the cops, The only hope is that it gets absorbed. It's not bankrupt, fighter12345 strikes me as someone who wants everyone to go bankrupt like it's ...more
