Ridgeback
What are the timelines? Isn't Ridgeback supposed to be added to TSX today?

what makes you think Ridgeback will ever trade? Once the deal closes, It will be a private company owned by the current secured note holders of Lightstream.

I guess that is true. I would have thought there would have been an announcement for closing by now, as we are close to the outside date. Any chance the financing didn't come through or the Oppression Litigation found a way outside of CCAA to make an impact? The unsecured are some smart outfits, is there any fight left or are they completely out of options? Final hours....i think.

The oppression lawsuit was dismissed by a judge of the Court Queens Bench. The appeal to the Court of Appeal was dismissed.

This stay period extension I thought was for an orderly wind down and transition, posted Nov 29. On the same day, it says that the deal can be terminated if not closed by outside closing date of Dec 31, which I thought was tied to their financing. On Dec 8 announcement it states expected close on or about Dec 29. Can someone clarify?

So why would Wright announce on the same day that they expect a Dec 29 close? As we thought, can't trust anything with Wrights name on it.
