100 million shares

@pancho it refers to issuing 100 million shares. Is this where I'm going wrong, I keep thinking you're referring to the proposal where there was an 88 to 1 consolidation? Would this agreement mean there was only a 2 to 1 rollback? Are they two completely different agreements?

Guys, I am in your corner and trying to figure this out myself. The information on Dec 8 said that the support agreement will be strictly followed. Trouble is, the support agreement says that the shareholders needed to vote for the offer to be replicated in CCAA. This makes me believe our shares are worthless. Big questions on my mind are 1) how could unsecured make such a reckless decision and ...more

I've spent all day reading about this, I posted that link, it's in there. Shareholders no longer can stop the restructuring from going through once it's in CCAA, the unsecured are out of the money, (look that up on investopedia) The shareholders vote didn't matter, but that does not mean they don't get to benefit.

They also state at the beginning of the third monitor's report that they are not accountants. In my opinion that's why they don't say whether or not shareholders benefit. There's a similar case where Air Canada didn't pay shareholders, but the difference between that and LTS is that there's enough money to pay both the Secured and the unsecured.
