to be under oppression remedy
to lose under oppression remedy means that something was done to the mudrick management etc that was unfair and not done to others. oppression remedy was specifically done against the company mudrick management a hedge fund that makes money from companies in deep debt. Ok doesn't this make sense. Is it hard to see that its pretty easy to do something preplanned and later have company go after you when they already know you are bankrupt. The oppression remedy started when company already bankrupt but stalling , it seems that it was for the best for the management of lighstream that this happened they still have their jobs.
