bankrupcy of spyglass then lighstream
https://documentcentre.eycan.com/Pages/Main.aspx?SID=359 so lightstream bankruptcy came 8 months after spyglass bankruptcy. Director of spyglass is the president of lightstream. Maybe the delay of lightstream into ccaa/bankruptcy was due to spyglass being in ccaa/bankruptcy. So lightstream ccaa/pcy should have started sooner prob 6 months earlier but delay due to other bankruptcy and waiting for oppression remedy.
