Part-time ceo and directors

https://www.alvopetro.com/Board-of-Directors I think the ceo of lighstream was working part-time for lightstream. How do you have time to be a ceo of lightsream, ceo of petrobank then director of touchstone, director of alvopetro, and spyglass. I guess he must have gotten shareholders to buy ceo/director insurance for him and directors. I think we should look into liability of ceo insurance. Plus lawyer director on both lightsream and petrobank, alvetro and number of other corporations. Since part-time ceo and directors no wonder shareholders lost their money.
