Energy Company press release

I'm new at this, but I understand they are acquiring a solar company with a radical approach that will undercut the competition. Is now the time to buy? or should I wait until the deal is finalized or announced?

depends how much of a gambler you are

Thanx.. do you know anything of the impending merger or acquisition? I am based in Vancouver and have met someone who has actually seen this solar technology working and was greatly impressed and indicated it was plastic based with quantumdots in the plastic that are tuned to absorb differing light wavelengths. I think I shall gamble

i was told that an acquisition was in the works and i bought the stock as a result, but ....nothing yet. these things take time...but the solar panel company is quite revolutionary with contracts already lined up and successful government inspections already undergone. let's hope they can do this deal.

I'm buying next week. Sargent group out of University of Toronto says theoritical limit for quantum dot photovoltaics is 65% about 3 times better than best silicon... should be cheaper as well.
