smart money buying..... the 50 day m.a. is 19.5 cents. Look for a move back up to and above the 24 cent level (above the bull pennant from last week.)

As for facts, shorts has dropped from 950,000 to 650,000 on Thursday closing. I feel Friday's swing allowed them to walkout freely but that I can't confirm until two weeks.
