doing some math now ...

if they do a reverse 10:1 split now ... you will end up with .0033% of 1 share of the $1.50/sh.
new company they bought shares of with shareholder money ... that's you if you have shares !
so if you have 100,000 shares of this it will equal 333 shares of the new company !!!
getting a little tired now ... but it looks about right ... 

I'm done ... but if you have shares still ... the new company may be a good one ...
they look to be legitiment !!!
