ztruk....let's compare our calculations
ztruk.....pay attention and see how our calculations compare........(it would help to have read the new agreement.)
FOR THE REVERSE TAKEOVER.............LOTO has indicated current capitalization is currently 183 Million shares.
Under the agreement with Bravio, this will represent 30% of the new company and Bravio will be issued the equivalent of about 2.33 X 183 million shares as their 70% of the new company....or Bravio would have about 427 million shares of the new company.
To me that looks like the capitalization of new company will be 183 million shares Plus 427 million shares..or new total of about 610 million shares.
THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY PROVISION FOR NEW FINANCING POSSIBLY PLANNED.
FOR THE CONSOLIDATION........stated at 10 old for 1 new.......the new capitalization would be about 61 million shares.
To figure out new market cap. go to Bravio and get its market cap and add that to Loto's.
So how do we compare?

ztruk...re. Market cap of new company: Bravio states mc of $26.5 million US or $34.5 million CD Loto states mc of $4.5 million Cd. New mc about $39 million CD or about 64 cents per new share.(based on 61 million shares out.) How does this check out to your calc?
