I was trying to find what he was talking about, and think i got it. Take a look at the materials on the Ernst & Young restructuring website... look a the 5th Monitor Report..., GreenSage is suiing this company for $45m!!! Management is racking up 10s of thousands of busines expenses. This company will be bled dry and us long-term sherholders end up with nothing.
