Back in July of 2011 LVCA was trading @ $.30+ subsequent to the closing of the JV with Otterburn Ventures on May 24, 2011. Otterburn terminated its agreement with LVCA on July 14, 2011, causing a sell off that dropped LVCA's PPS to $.13. Otterburn subsiqently changed their name to Finore Mining based in Finland. Initially trading @ $.40+, Finore is now trading @ $.065. IMO all parties involved would be far better off had this JV never been terminated.
