simple calculation

Tembo will get 45 million USD from Barrick

actual market cap = 23,58 Mio. CAD

as CAD is much lower than USD we have market cap of 30-40% of coming cash

For clarification are you saying approximately 23% more in Canadian dollars or are you establishing a value for TEM which is generally 30% to 40% higher.  TEM will be $1.00 by April 2nd.  IMHO
Comment by wolftrader on Jan 08, 2022 4:36am
why do youn think that Tembo will be $ 1 by April?

Why $1.00 No market reaction to the Barrick purchase yet but coming. The production schedule previously published A likely strategy to drill near previous holes, maybe in a step out manner The previous share price in excesss of $7.00 prior to country politics Increasing gold prices, then and now. No need for dilution given Barricks recent purchase. To me this is a no brainer to $2.00 or $3.00 ...more

the previous share price in excess of $ 7 is not comparable as there was a reverse split but as there are about 100 million shares outstanding and Barrick bought in at 27 Cents that should be the lower limit. I think that  between 50 Cents to $ 1 would be a fair valuation.  For $ 2 or $3 we need excellent drill results and a resource estimate That are my realistic thoughts

Thanks...I own TEM but have not increased my position until I do further analysis.  I like the story though.

I have a large position and like the story very much. As you said it's a no brainer

Lots of potential here we all agree however the statement in the press release cannot be taken as fact or real valuation.  [Contingent payments calculated based on the inferred, indicated and measured gold mineral resources identified in the areas of land which are covered by the Licenses (the "Licence Area") up to an aggregate amount of US$45,000,000] SHOULD Barrick find gold on ...more
