Let's keep it cool. Right now, most stocks trades at very low volumes either on TSX or on the NSE. The CPI numbers this morning were according to expectations and markets still anticipate at least one or two increases of 1/4 % before the end of the year. But as soon has we see cuts on the rates, we will see growth of reit's that will become much more attractive than bonds. Until it happen, the dividend will be appreciate. Has a matter a fact, at the current level, this stock remains cheap. It may be wise to buy some more to lowered avereage cost. Just saying...
