Hey bull markets, by looking at your history, you just go from one board to another bashing, and spreading BS. Your history speaks for itself.

That may be true about Bullmarket, but he is right, the farmers ARE suing Livewell. For not paying the farmers for the harvested hemp.

no they aren't - the farmers were suing the two founders of Vitality.....who basically had a grand plan with little ability to execute, planted a ton of hemp and ran out of funds to pay for it.  The hemp is harvested and is in storage.  Now that Vitality has merged with Mercal/Livewell, the issue has been handled.   I think the going rate per acre is between 400-500 ...more

Eureka is doing about $100K / day in revenue. The situation is resolved and behind them. PERIOD. Those who were short or out shares before the halt are SOL.

Who are they selling $100k worth of CBD to? per day!
Comment by zen2twenty on May 13, 2019 4:10pm
The farmers have NOT been paid. The issue has NOT been handled. Court date is set for Feb 2020. None of the 20k acres of hemp have been released to Eureka/Livewell/Vitality. They currently have zero sales. Who exactly do you think they are currently selling to?
Comment by apeppin on May 10, 2019 9:25pm
they have sorted it out.....the founders tried to grow too much and ran out of money....what do you think the 15+ million cap raise is for?  that is old news and farmers have been paid.  anything new or relevant to the current situation, bullmarkets?

I dont think anyone has ever disputed the validity , of the Vitality lawsuit. It has merit, and you have to pay your bills. That is the reason for the merger with Livewell. The bills will be paid, listing on the CSE doesn’t happen overnight, and yes, the lawsuits have to be taken care of. Does anybody think Livewell wasn’t fully aware of the Vitality lawsuit with the farmers before the merger? Of ...more

Then you don't have to worry about any stocks. You'd also be interested in the fact that Vitality hasn't completely paid for the hamp seed, that they bought in Alberta. But there is 2 levels of DD, those that do it and those that don't. GL
