Nextleaf - Run up to Health Canada license

Nextleaf is on track to be issued a Health Canada license for extraction. Once that occurs, the share price will go over $1.00. Contracts will be disclosed after the license. 

Best time to get into OILS. Lots of PR happening and US investors are getting in. Instituations are buying up on dark pools as well.
