The number of shares did not post Peter Williams bought 19,697 shares at $5.21 Joel Horn bought 216,669 shares at $5.21

Those shares were held in escrow by a private company that received them on the IPO, that company is owned by joel horn and peter williams, and they dividended the stock to themselves in-kind... as long as they dont sell its bullish imo.

Thank you for the insight in to the escrow shares. It makes sense as the volume for that day was no where near the reported insider buys. It looks like we will have to wait for the earnings coming out in a couple of weeks to be the next catalyst to move this stock. Let's hope LWP follows the trend of AGT higher.
