De-listing

Can someone please explain to me, in lay terms, what this de-listing means? I recall something about a distribution of $1.69-1.98 - is that not happening anymore?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

They are still planning to pay out whatever net cash is left in the company, most of it in the second quarter 2016 so lets call that May with a residual payment in 2017 after they sweep up all the bits and pieces and pay the final taxes, lawyer and accountant bills. I am hoping to get something more than $1.47 by May 2016, (for a return of plus 10% for 5 months) and then a bit of a bonus in early ...more

The $1.69 to $1.98 was the last figures they posted, but they have warned a couple times that it may be lower than this - I'm not sure if it is because they are worried about it being lower or because they want to cover their butts after their miscues in announcing value previously.

I am going with the butt-cover theory and will hold my stock for liquidation rather than sell at $1.45. Assuming it is even tradable today or tomorrow.
