Lex plans to unveil their final redesigned instrument in about 2 week's time, this, apparently, is the one that will be going to manufacture.

Where did you get that little "titbit"? I never got an email from LX giving out that info. Then what design did they submit to FDA? If any,as someone suggested.

I checked it out over at Yahoo. Quite a positive bunch over there. So much hinges on FDA!

yes they are very bullish, hopefully things can start to move soon, there are still question marks in my head though Ragb, no idea why its taking so long to get FDA

About 12 months ago they set about redesigning the machine for commercialisation. The original design means it would have cost 100k and would have been bulky  With the expertise they employed the machine has shrunk into a much smaller package with much higher accuracy and will be sold at a price that is very competitive at a good margin The reason for the FDA timeline is they have only
