$1.5 billion in federal stimulus for testing technology

Lexagene will get some of the billions of government grant money out there for rapid testing solutions.
They will roll out the new MiQlab instrument late August then the grant money will come. The stock will pop and then they will uplist to Nasdaq which will allow the big institutions to flood in. Then the real fireworks will begin.
Jack did a great job on the webinar yesterday!!

for me is unclear why they should get some grant money. I hope as this will avoid another financing which would not be in the actual shareholder interest except, they let us participate. Regarding dates - I think Jack mentioned some connection to Washington. More of interest for me is the part of dating (takeover) - you can listen this in the webcast (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2JGHLDhWN4 ...more

There would HAVE to be another financing offering in order to move forward. That is the reality here.

Just clarify, this is from Jay Adelaar, VP Investor Relations: US based, Canadian company is just for the listing. All employees are US except for 2.  There you go!

So ragb is correct it's a Canadian company then, therefore will struggle to get US funding

https://www.grants.gov/ Foreign Applicants The authorizing legislation and agency policies will determine whether a foreign individual or organization may apply for the grant. Foreign applicants need to complete the same registration process as domestic applicants, but there are additional steps to this registration process.

Do It,  once again, slowly have a read. "US based, Canadian company is just for the listing. All employees are US except for 2" Jay, just said US based, they have an American registered company with 26 American employees with headquarters in Beverly Mass, USA.  Canadian Co is just for TSXV listing. Lexagene is an American Company. If you are still struggling to ...more

Read this slowly Sanchez.... this is a message for the "not as clever as he thinks he is Sanchez". Lexagene completed an "RTO" (reverse takeover) of Bionomics diagnostics in 2016 and the Company was incorporated in British Colombia (incorporated means formed Mr. Sanchez) so they are a Canadian Company as.per the SEC filings. Now then, they have formed a partnership with Boston ...more
