WHY?

Why is this stock being neglected? It is making money hand over fist, has (Ibelieve) almost a million in free cash, and, its growth prospects are incredible. It has a long life mine, and, the U.S is giving (yes that's right) them mucho dollars to get involved here to have a localized source of Rare Earths.
Is it possible that there is a misconception as to how rare and in demand these minerals are?

I own shares and asking the same question...I would think these 'rare' minerals are still rare and that concerns regarding the world economies has pressured the rare earth stocks...I am thinking this is only temporary as most rare earths stocks have traded weak to side ways of late...I am holding my rare earth stocks strong for the longer term...jmho
