I noticed that if wex exercised all of thei rights  they could buy additional shares for all the additional rights without purchasing any rights from market....ie after they expire.......sweet for wex.......they say these share are undervalued and pay .30. Now I wonder what the rights are worth?

Other offerings I've gone through would indicate the SP would trick down to the rights exercise price of .30 and since you need 2.66 rights for each share the rights will trade for anything below .11.  But that's with a stock that trades somewhat freely on the market.  With the tight volume here who knows what will happen with the SP so it's hard to say what they will trade
