Partners, Shares and Dividend

Does anyone know how many Mart shares the Partners own, or rough estimates/guesses for that matter?

How much would the partners stand to earn from a Mart dividend?

Finally does anyone know the taxation laws around dividends in Nigeria, would a dividend from Mart be a nice low taxed or untaxed income for the partners?

Im not completely sure, but on BNN in March it was said a private investor owned over half the shares along with a New York firm. They also said that there isnt alot of shares to be had. Imo>
