Divvy

I"m on record already and I'll say it again - giving the shareholders a direct return on their investment is not in the Cherwayko blood - period. The new pipeline just took the dividend away.

I hope I'm wrong but I doubt it.  We'll see next week.

Mugs it's  fine if you don't believe Wade and divys are mutually compatible  because of actions demonstrated over the years but could you expand  on why / how you think the divy is impacted by the  pipeline?   The pipeline is project  to cost some 3o some million, half of it  to be financed with Mart owning about 15% of it and only needing to be  a ...more

I'll admit I didn't read the full funding breakdown of the pipeline costs. If Martt's portion is such a small portion of total costs (which I don't see why) I see your point. Knowing the directors, it wouldn't take much  to delay or cancel a divvy on top of their current activities - possible partnering / bidding on future parcels &  ...more
