what I'll be looking for...
...is continued dividend sustainability. a repeat of last quarter will be just fine with me while I wait for the growth to come. If I can get this thing to continue to pay me 12+% a year (from where I bought it) for the next several years I'll be delighted. Dont get me wrong, I wouldn't say no to a massive capital gain, but I think the beauty of a fat dividend goes largely unappreciated here.
