Where are the earnings??

Yahoo said they were meant to be out yesterday.  We're going to see some short term pain if we dont see the earnings before the market opens.  Asking $1.67 now.

unless the company said via press release "earnings are coming out aug __",  then there is no reason to question why earnings weren't out today, yesterday or the day before.  just because one website said earnings were due yesterday, and they obviously didn't come, should be zero reflection on management's performance or whether they are overwhelmed by workload or

So regardless of whether there is indeed a correllation between the timing of the release and Wade's workload, does anyone else share the concern that Wade "seems" (again, I don't know, but it's how it appears to me) to be a one-man team?  And if something were to happen to him, we'd likely be screwed??

Well, I guess I'm the only person who has this concern.  In that case, I'd be apperciative if some of the "old timers" can share with me why the don't have this concern (again, perhaps Wade has a whole staff doing lots of stuff that I am simply unaware of). Thanks in advance.

Kaiser , If you did a little homework you would find out Mart always releases financials no earlier than 3 days from when they are required by the Exchange. For 6 months 2011 they came out on August 29th so perhaps we see them Wednesday or at the latest Friday.......I expect the numbers will be inline with the 1st QTR.

There are lots of companies that are very dependent on their CEOs for their success.  And we have been dependent on Wade for the companies success for the last 18 months or longer, so what's

I guess my concern started because I (perhaps misguidedly) correlated what I saw as a delay in the quarterly announcement (again, perhaps misguidedly) to Wade being stretched too thin and not having enough support staff.  So while the timing of the release may not be a big deal and may be par for the course, it got me thinking about what support if any Wade does have (both to handle day to

STOP. The requirement is to file within 60 days of quarter end.  You do the math.  They need to be out on the 29th this year, just like last year. If they're out on Friday - we may have a cease trade imposed first!   watch
