Good Morning, Watch22, Yes, I believe there is systematic theft by locals. Just wondering how Enbridge can have so many huge spills but it dosen't seem to hurt the companies s/p. I hate spills, would rather have theft. If we build our own pipeline, it is only 50km long, will it be easier to prevent theft?
