The pipeline

I saw one claim that the new pipeline will have an 18-inch slab of concrete poured on top.

So they are effectively building a road on top of the pipeline? Has anyone determined just how much this is going to cost?

MMT will have a 15% equity position in the P/L. It is only going to cost them about $5.5 mm = chump change for them .... So many of you seem to expect to be spoon fed wrt info ... do a little of your own research and come up with your own conclusions.... the internet really has a lot info on it ...LOL...it really isn't that hard.   So in the spirit of DIY; I;ll let you use some ...more

i think he delivered the data well and with humor but one other thing about this link to the Shell Forcados pipeline, apart from how long ot is and what it will cost, is that the Forcados is subject it seems to me to as much down time as any other pipeline in the Delta...as per the reduction to 1MM from 2MM just last week. MMT have not completed their investigation of wot's up with Eni/Agip so ...more

Why not stick with "the devil you know"? Because a second pipeline provides options, and there is little chance Shell could be as crooked as Agip.

Ok everyone, I'm hearing a lot of whining out there... Yes it's not fair but this is nigeria and s**t happens, so I have a solution for ya... SELL and move on .. Cormark has been big buyers of late so they must think there is significant value in the stock at these levels.   Cheers. JL ps.. Can't wait to see the logs I bet they look really good- IMO ;-)
