Today is six months since umu-10 spudded. Who would have thought results would take this long. Hopefully we will have a NR next week. Been a long wait, even for GNT.

Mart Resources, Inc.: Spudding of UMU-10 Well & Operations Update

- UMU-10 well commenced drilling operations on July 4, 2012 and is currently at a depth of 854 feet - Main objectives for UMU-10 include the appraisal and development of the six newly discovered hydrocarbon bearing sands encountered in the deeper section of the UMU-9 well - The well is expected to take 40 days to reach target depth of 9,700 feet

I'm sure there must be several interesting stories about things that have happened with UMU-10, none of which have been shared by management.   When's the annual meeting?  As you recall, Wade put out a news release to maintain a peaceful annual shareholder meeting, so we can expect good news by then.  Let's hope they don't keep everything under their vest until that

  From their report on Nov 5   "The completion program and production testing operations on the UMU-10 well will  continue through November 2012 and are expected to take at least 30 days."   To me in GNT, 30 days = 6 months.  I've been in Mart for quite a few years so I am completely used to the way Nigerian time frames.
