Yep. Oullins said that too. I posted this yesterday, but it was buried; I wonder if we will just try to get the pipe connected, then start flowing oil to test for leaks, and finally fill with concrete once it is commissioned with no issues. I can visualize a 55km pipeline connected in 3 months but I can't see there being an abundance of cement trucks in the Delta so I wonder if the cement cap

Yes our pipeline will have a concrete Cover over it ... if memory serves me right it will be a bout 3 ft thick. Apparently this ant-theft device, for lack of a better term, is becoming the p/L industry standard in Nigeria. Someone published a news item stating this on the "other investor site" a few months ago.
