Legal claim

Has anyone looked into the legal claim???“Force Majeure is a legal notice that absolves an oil firm of liabilities for failure to meet supply obligations to crude buyers due to circumstances beyond the firm’s control. Under this legal claim CAN THEY STOP PAYING MART?????? If so we are in for much more selling and I am thinking that is why the company raised $100 million plus for the deficit that there are supposed to pay back by year end.  IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THIS MORNINGS NEWS CLICK HERE..

I have been wondering the same thing - does the force majeure mean they don't have to pay Mart? If that is the case, there is serious risk that the next divvy doesn't get paid. And I've said it before at these prices the market thinks the divvy is in danger.

Nobody is winning with the pipeline down, time for the government to send troops in a give the oil companies some support. After all they need tax money too. This will end soon.>

force majoure everyone still gets paid.... But who ever is getting paid now owes future production or services equivelent to the agreed deliverys collected on during said time period that they got paid for under force majoure. Utility companys use this when they have a turbine failure at a power plant, keeps the ball rolling in the mean time. In this case it is the second time in not too long ...more
