Electric, you have the wit of a paramecium. On March 23rd Shell declared force majeure which is in fact advanced notice, and they said in that release that they would shut down temporarily for repair as a result in mid- April. I can guarantee you that 99% of Mart participants were well aware of this. You apparently are completely unaware of a lot of things. We will see if me and today's ...more

He is purporting it to be a surprise announcement, when in fact Shell simply shut down that pipe for repair as planned. Either way, great day for Mart today!

Ok I will prove you wrong: From March 23rd declaration of force majeure: The planned shutdown of the 150,000 barrels per day facility, according to the company, scheduled for April, is expected to be “temporary and designed to give the company time to clear away illegal connections that have drained an estimated 60,000 barrels of oil a day from the line." did they delcare a second force ...more
