I would add another wish to the list....the new pipeline halts theft of oil. I doubt it will entirely.
Maybe in the short term, but theft will restart.  IMO the theft is by criminal organizations sanctioned by gov't officlals not by a band thugs or by the poor dregs of Nigeria life tapping in with a homemade spiggot & a bucket.!

We shall see.

My wishful thinking is, now Mart & Partners have the Gov (Nigerian Department Of Petroleum Resources) investigating ongoing pipeline "and export facility losses", they discover we are being swindled by AGIP and the Gov forces them to reimburse M&P for our huge ongoing, increasing losses.
