Thats a year after Wade said he hoped it would be done.  You cannot rely on anything he says. Its like saying, I hope we have no more issues in 2014.  Ha ha.   Anyway lets hope something positive happens soon.  imo

I dont know if Wade ever said that. The earliest I recall was Q2/3 2014. We all have to manage our own expectations. Its not realistic to expect a pipeline to be built without weather delays, right of way complications, etc. Getting materials on site and labour issues is a major undertaking in itself.
