Maybe Shell doesn't bother returning phone calls for fantasy pipelines.  Two years of hype and they still have not secured the right of way or decided on the route.  Shell probaby said a year ago "call us back when you figure these things out- until then don't waste our time with fantasies"

So Shell doesn't want the skim on 30K bbl per day from local suppliers who are supported by the gov't?     I see.  Is Shell in the oil business?
