Dividend

Last announcement was Wed. Dec 11th 2013 with x-dividend date being the 17th. So maybe we see the announcement on Mar. 12 with x-dividend date being Mar 18th. No much time to buy at these prices.

We have the cash for divy and the pipeline, So what's the extra 75 million for? My bet by the Agm we will have lots to talk about, Hard to predict what kind of deal is going down? Better days ahead for sure..
