Oml 25 block?
Rumors are Oml 25 is the block we are hoping to grab from Shell.
33000 boepd , and Shell owns 45 percent , so 15000 boepd
Wonder what the asking price is? Hmmm..

You are incorrect. The 45% being sold has daily production of 33K bopd, not 15K. This OML is the smallest of the 4 in terms of boe and should fetch at the lower end of the range ~$500MM.

Might still be a pretty big finance package for Mart.... but.... couldn't Mart be bidding as part of a consortium?

I think they will have JV with partners to get Pioneer status. We should be close to 2 lines before any deal will close, but I am sure a deposit will be made. I am sure the highest percentage we would buy is 49 percent to gain that tax break? Just a quick thought....
