To make it clear, the gas plant that was vandalized is on OML 42. That is not the block that Mart won the bid for. The block Mart won is OML 18 and that gas plant is being upgraded from 80 MCF/D to 120MCF/D. The gas plant on the block is the Alakri Creek plant and it is in operation and is working fine.
