Mart and MW are both partners....don't be surprise that they are just checking to see what is out there.

The big question is....does MW have the money......with the way  the finnacial situation is in Nigeria, I doubt that they would be able to get Nigerian money....however wiith that said anything is possible. If they do get Nigerian money then someone from MW must be very good with the Nigerian Government or with the banks......

Chevron is selling some of the interests in Nigeria.....the rationale being that they want to keep their shareholders happy.

The Chairman of MW is the CEO of Notore Chemical, which started as a fertilizer Company with $222mm raised by Emerging Capital Partners. One of the founders of Emerging Capital Partners is on the Notore board, Notore has since added a seed company and a power company. They are also building a $1.5 Billion addition to their plant. So, there is obviously some big $ coming from somewhere. https://www
