Goldman still selling?

408k shares today and counting, no buys. They have been selling all morning as low as .60.

Hard to figure why they  ( goldman and anon) are selling MMT so hard . A couple of months is not long to hold for a 25 % gain , in CASH.  Must be protecting a short position or something like that. Maybe trying to take advantage of the negative sentiment towards  the oil sector with crude heading down again today. OVER 4 million shares have  traded hands already. Best to keep ...more

Obviously, market does not think the deal is a go.  I think it will based on the success the MMT chairman has had financing his other ventures and his ties to the bankers. If this deal does not go through, then it casts a shadow on his Notore projects which in in the midst of a $1.5Bil expansion. If selling at .60, they are leaving 33% on the table IF the .80 deal goes through.

Yes the banks have basically said they are confident  financing  by MW will be achieved in the time frame mentioned.  Goldman and anon selling it hard, have obviously made investors and traders have some doubts, and that is likely their aim. Keep accumulating and sell whenever more good news happens. Could very well be a competing offer if oil bounces back a bit in the next month or ...more
