if oil prices stabalize here and this deal doesn't go through, I don't see it going much below .50.  If the deal doesn' t go through and it goes to .50, we just have another good buying opportunity.

I agree with those that think we will know the financing is secured in 2 weeks and maybe sooner. I do not see why the deal will not go through.  In the conference call, they said (all in) breakeven costs for MMT were $35-$40 a barrel..  If MW cuts out the middleman (MMT), how much lower will their breakeven costs be?  I would think at current oil prices that MW would net close to
