And the process continues......Morgan Stanley contiues to buy shares....as of this writing the price has dropped - 0.09$.......MS is going to make over 1M$ on this deal if the deal goes through but wait, what happens if the deal does not go through....is MS going to lose?......something is going on....is someone trying to get controlling shares?....the saga continues

"....is MS going to lose?......" Good one. When do they ever lose? Unless some lawsuits start to fly, this story may go on and on as is. We need a vote on the breakup fee or let Midwestern continue to buy cheap shares and screw us. Simple. T

One thing about Mart everything is as always as clear as mud!  There needs to be some kind of TSX law on extensions ?

It is an amendment to the agreement so that a vote is not necessary.

I am sure it has occurred to you and many others but it is very simple. Two crooked companies are stealing one from shareholders. A company capable of doing 30-35000 boed is being bought out multiples lower than what we would get a year from now. And, why no other bidders? Probably know they have no chance and that MW would queer the deal if they tried to push it. I will continue to buy along side ...more

Yes, there is a chance that a conversation between MS and Midwestern has gone like this.  MS: How is the financing going? Midwestern: Well its very close to being completed.  MS: Well is there a chance it may be delayed another month, we would love to acquire another 10 million shares 60 or 70% below the buyout prices from the despondent retailers who are dumping.
