I knew there was a problem when good news did not increase pps. Sold then at .58.  Would I buy now? No. Too many negatives. Who wants to buy a company that is not worth much anymore. I'm sure Midwestern is having their own share of problems. Including money. Low oil.  Sad story but it all started with goof ball CEO.  Glta

Mart isn't an oil company hoping to strike oil, waiting on a permit, or drying up oil wells.  Mart was fine up till the bid from Midwestern where everyone was skeptical about the deal.  Many other oil companies are valued higher today, than what Mart is, and they're either anticipating more BOE's when they're not even close to the production levels that Mart is at, or
