Part of Saudi Delta Group. This company's presentation shows company is in lighting, renewable energy, telecommunications, fans & filters, construction, restaurants & chocolate - nothing about oil & gas. They do, however, show Shell as a partner...

Here's a link to the oil and gas division of the Delta Group. https://www.deltaoil.com.sa If the parent company is a conglomerate, I don't see how they wouldn't be able to obtain financing.
