At the very least we should bombard the coy (and the TSX Regulators) for a written opinion of fairness, from no just a financial viewpoint!! First Capital have given a fairness opinion at every offer, has anyone seen one in writing?

You need to get an activist investor involved and stop the sale, as it appears that you are getting screwed, based on the information provided by San Leon, information that should have been available to Mart shareholders months ago. There have been some very odd things going on for years at Mart, but this trumps them all.

Fully agree that Mart BOD is withholding relevant information; The reason First Capital opinion is not shared with Mart sharholders is that the opinion  does not include information about OML-18 production capacity and OML-18 current production.
