Financing Transaction- To be Completed and finalized any day
Oisin Fanning, San Leon’s Executive Chairman, commented:
“The financing of the transaction has advanced considerably over the last week. Completion of the financing is now considered to be imminent.”

June 15, 2015 - Midwestern Financing - "given the progress that had been made on such financing and the parties involved, it was appropriate to grant the requested extension" Same BS ... different outcome?
