My Gut Say NO
I have no financial interest in this stock an only found out about it yesterday - but the market is telling me that this won't go through today. Too many of the people involved don't live in the country (they have a London and a Calgary "office"???). This looks like a greasy way for insiders to liquidate their shares in a failing company. The acquirors website (San Pedro?) looks like it was set up a month ago. Hope I am wrong for all the longs.

So what you are saying is you are randomly posting your guesses

Yes I am just posting my guesses. This is an interesting/exceptional situation and I 1> Want to see how it plays out 2> Want some record of me recording my guess Not too many opportunities to make 13% in 13 minutes. It is either overlooked or people are greedy and can't see the signs. All will be revealed shortly. Good luck

If there is a PR tonight that says the cash is in escrow - I will happily buy those shares tomorrow at $.245.

SOLD! I can do a lot more with the money in liquid form over the next several days than waiting for the payout for an extra 1/2cent

Well I hope you get your escrow money tonight. 1/2 cent on a $.25 buyout where you get the cash in 10 days = 14% annualized return. Which is what I am all about.
