Hey guys So do we have - DEFINITIVE confirmation that Mart got their $1M? I thought there would be a news release if they did....given all the non-completion issues with this deal. Couple other question of those that follow this stock. What is the underlying Mart company worth? What are those hedges worth? Is there a moratorium on Mart seeking other partners other an SL?

Good questions. We've been jerked along so long you'd think management would be aware of keeping us up to date. On another note, I too would like to see a lot less negativity for people posting questions and suggesting various ideas. We've all been through a lot with this company.

schocor, i think the opprotunity for another company to make an offer is far past now. The agreement is what it is. as far as the 1M deposit, i have no doubt that this money is deposited, as its forward looking and i would think it would be illegal to say such things if it werent true.
