Are you calling the CEO a liar??? You have claimed a lack of transparency one of which is a lack of community engagement. I guess you missed August 29th 2022. The CEO clearly says something quite different go back and read what he states. Now either he is lying and put a fake press up or you are mistaken and best to retract your statement given you being a lawyer you know what it legally means.
